Shipping, Returns & payment

Processing time

I try to dispatch my items as quickly as possible and generally ship them the next day, or up to two days after purchase. If you need a quick delivery please let me know and select express shipping at the checkout. ( Express shipping only available to Australian customers)

Estimated delivery times

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2-3 business days

North America: 2-3 weeks

Europe: 2-3 weeks

Asia Pacific: 2-3 weeks

I'll do my best to meet these dispatch estimates. The post has been experiencing significant delays however due to COVID-19 so please expect delays.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.


Greeting cards are shipped using stamps only and do not include tracking. Please select registered or express post if you would like tracking.

Returns and exchanges:

Stray Leaves seeks to satisfy our customers. Ensuring that our customers are completely happy is of the utmost importance to our business. If you are dissatisfied with the products you have received due to faulty workmanship or receiving an incorrect order, we will happily organise replacement goods, correct your order or refund you.

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery

If the products were not what you were expecting or you simply change your mind, you may return them to us for a refund, but must cover the cost of shipping them back to us. In this case a refund will be given to you upon us receiving the products back in the same condition which they were sent. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
 

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Digital downloads

  • Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Payment

Your payment is made securely through Square. Credit card information is not stored by us on our servers.
